All dues are to be paid in advance on Ist-10th of every months.
Fee can also be paid with a late payment of 10/- upto the last date of the month there after the name of the child will be struck off from thee register.
On payment of re-admission fee 200/- the child will be re-enrolled.
All fees and charges will be payable from the month of April even ifr admission is taken at a later date.
Students will not be permitted to appear for any examination unless his/her dues are cleared.
All receipt must be carefully preserved and be presented on demand.
Attendance Rules
Every student is expected to be regular in attendance. He should be in time for the general assembly. Late comers may be detained after school hours charged the find determined by the Principal may be sent home.or may be asked to be withdrawn from the school.
No pupil will leave the school premises during the school hour without written permission of the Principal.
No leave of absence of the whole day or part of the day is granted except for serious reason and only on previous written application of the parents/guardians.
A pupil who is absent during the term from more than three days on medical grounds is required to submit a medical certificate together with the leave application.
All leave application should bear the signature of the parent/guardians.
Rules of Discipline
Each student must carry his almanac and identity card to school everyday.
Students are not allowed to bring mobile phone to school. If they do so it will be confiscated.
Changing of class rooms between periods should be done in an orderly manner and silently.
All boys must keep their hair short. Girls must their hair neatly with black band.
Lending or borrowing of money or other article not allowed.
Students who come with the escort should never leave before the escort arrives. In case of del they should report to the school office.
Students using bus will maintain discipline in bus.
Fees can be only by each within stipulated time.
PIC provides education from nursery to 12 therefore it is expected that the junior's be tree with love, while the junior show all respect to it Seniors. There should be perfect harmony between he day scholars.
No students shall indulge in any of the following practices, mannerly
(a) Writing on the shirt or uniform.
(b) Spitting in or near school building.
(c) Use of violence in any form. .
Students are advised to keep their class rooms, school building and campus as clean as possible, and throw left over into the dustbins.
Students including in aggressive or violent behaviour will not be allowed to travel by school bus they will be picked and dropped by their parents.
Students will not instigate other co-students or juniors to indulge in any misbehaviour or any form of anti-school activity which will bring disrepute to the school and could spoil the career of the concerned student.
Students will not boycott the orders, directions and instructions given to them by the school authorities.
Students will not do anything to disturb the principle and norms of schools discipline.
School rules can be changed without prior notice or reason.
Students are not allowed to go to a relative or friends house form school.
A sick child should not be sent to school in case of an emergency the person must carry an authority letter from the parents to take the child home.
